Return & Exchange Policy for Trend Changer

At Trend Changer, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may return or exchange a product within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Any sets must be returned in full (e.g., accessories included with the product).
  • Items marked as clearance are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or errors.

Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., showing signs of wear, stains, odors, animal dander, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund and may incur a 50% restocking fee or be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  • For returns after the 15-day window, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • After 90 days, a 50% restocking fee will apply for returns.

Damaged/Defective Products or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product, and we will send out the replacement as soon as the defective product is returned.

Missing Parts

If any parts are missing from your package, please inform us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will ship the missing parts at no extra charge. Be sure to check your package thoroughly, as subsequent claims for missing parts may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Shipping Costs (Domestic)

  • For defective products or shipping errors, we will cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid label.
  • For product exchanges or returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Process

To return or exchange a product, please submit a request through our Returns & Exchange Center.

  • For product returns, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to defects or shipping errors).
  • For exchanges, customers are allowed only one exchange per order. No further exchanges will be accepted beyond the first one, and the product will no longer be eligible for a refund after an exchange.

Processing times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
